a couple key weight loss pieces of advice to remember

It baffles me to see commercial after commercial on “new” ways to lose weight. If you have gone on a diet in the past then surely you know how hard it can be. I want to share with you the two secrets to losing weight. Please forgive me, because these secrets aren’t secrets at all, and have been known for ages. Here are two key points:

Diet - Diet is the first important factor in weight loss. Pack your insulated lunch cooler full of healthy foods. I hate to say it but Calories are a large role in your weight loss. There are a lot of ways to calculate what your caloric intake is so we won’t talk about it here. Even while watching calories, there is a big change between a day’s diet of fast food and a day’s diet of chicken and salad. Pack your lunch box properly and you will start seeing the difference.

Exercise - We all know exercise is most important. Every day you should strive to do a little extra. One of the easiest and most popular ways to get more exercise is to get involved with a sports team. Baseball is extremely popular and will get your heart beating.
