So what do you do when you think something is a sham? Well you Search it of course! You will observe a plethora of sites and hundreds of complaints about the mealprogram when you Google the term “6 Week Body Makeover fraud”. I have made it a point to type this article to clear up some notions about this “sham” diet and clear up misconceptions about the program.
I would love to give a fair review of the body makeover meal program as I am currently on this meal plan and have enough knowledge to share an un-biased overview. I can say that my review is un-biased because I’m not trying to solicit you anything. You will not see any affiliate links to a product within this article (this diet does not have an affiliate meal program). There is absolutely no benefit for me, except to share a rebuttal towards all of the negative complaints about the program .
The 6 Week Body Makeover by Michael Thurmond is an program that confirms that the user will be able to shed up to 30 pounds in six weeks. Like any prudent consumer, I executed research on this diet plan before I bought it.
The primary is, “will you lose weight on this eating program?” The short answer is, yes. However, this eating eating program is not like other diets. Once you start the meal program, you will be on it, for life. This program is about changing your body for a life-time, not just for a quick weight loss project. If you want to shed a few quick pounds and go back to your fat self, I recommend you purchase another fad diet. If you want to lose weight and learn how to keep it off, then do this eating program.
I, like many, have lost weight on this program and have gained lean muscle. Anyone can lose weight through eating less (and healthy) and executing a little aerobic activity once in a while. However, not everyone has knowledge about how to eat healthy and this is where the body makeover meal program comes into play. Before doing this meal program, I ate anything and everything that was convenient and accessible. I was eating fast-food and pre-packaged/processed approximately 4 days a week. Once I found out this meal program, I learned what types of foods my body needs in order to turn into a healthier person.
Many people whine that the Michael Thurmond diet is too “restrictive” and that you will lose too much weight too soon. Other complainers cry that it’s “all too sudden” and that they need to “wean off” of bad food. I’ve learned that if you desire something bad enough (in this case losing weight), you will fight and strive toward your goals. So, how bad do you want to shed weight? Are you willing to give up up eating that bucket of fried chicken for a hard abs?
How much do you want to shed weight? I have to admit that I do not like dieting (I figure no one in their right mind does). However, I do love the end result of losing 5 pounds of fat and gaining 5 pounds of muscle. I love that I can fit into my pants that were once too tight for me. There are small sacrifices that have to be made in order to lose weight and get that beautiful body you’ve always desired. You are not a victim and neither are the complainers who haven’t lost weight on this meal program. They are the cheaters who reached for that extra piece of pizza instead of reaching for the apple.
