Interest Rates Are Low But Something Is Better Than Nothing
If you have cash sitting in your stock broker account, it should be in a money market account. Even though money market interest rates are very low, getting something is better than nothing. Some people overlook the extra money they could be getting by making sure their extra cash is in an interest bearing money market account rather than just sitting in their account and earning no interest.
